Philip was certified in 1986 at Stephen F. Austin State University and an avid diver at that time. After a 20-year absence, Philip’s daughter and two sons got him back into the water through the Boy Scouts of America Scuba Diving Merit Badge. He enjoys helping people of all ages learn something new or overcome a difficulty or fear.
