Cost of the PADI Open Water Diver Course
The total cost for the PADI Open Water Diver certification at Southeast Texas Scuba is $550 per person.
This includes all training required to become a certified scuba diver.

Open Water Certification Dives at Blue Lagoon in Huntsville, Texas
Certification Dive Location
After completing pool training, students travel to Blue Lagoon in Huntsville, Texas to complete their certification dives.
Divers complete four open water dives over two days.
Blue Lagoon charges $25 per day for entry.
Since the certification dives take place at Blue Lagoon in Huntsville, students should plan for travel-related expenses such as fuel, meals, and possibly a hotel stay depending on their schedule. Many divers choose to stay overnight to make the two days of diving more relaxed.
How Long Does Scuba Certification Take?
After completing the eLearning, most students finish their scuba certification in about three days.
